I've never been much of a Diablo player but I must say they're really improving it. I know someone who'll be foaming at the mouth when he finds out haha :)

Though they "casualised" WoW into utter boredom, I can't deny that Blizz is always spot on with their teasers and movies. A lot of effort is put in them! The cinematic cutscenes were the reason I played Warcraft III, for I'm no strategy fan.

The AoC intro movie is mediocre compared to Blizz's movies. They always look impressive and are often an incentive to at least try it. Not that I will, but it does make one interested. These movies are no exception!

Yeah, Blizz knows CGI that's for sure. Ever since the Starcraft, and later Warcraft III, cutscenes I've been amazed by the production value of all of em.

However, I wasn't too fussed about the cinematic trailer, more the gameplay trailer (like Elen linked to, btw you can download it in HD from gamershell like I did. UK mirror gave me great speed). :)

I will easily admit I never played Diablo (beyond trying it out), and never liked the "isometric 3D" thing, but I can see Diablo III being really cool COOP 4-player for example.

I really love the Diablo games, particularly the first. Though I enjoyed the Diablo 2, I never beat it, as there was a silly amount of grinding to be done.

I'll still get Diablo 3 though. Looks fun.

you must be doing something wrong...diablo was always a year of fun. playing all classes testing diffferent spec and playing on hardcore .....and always different lvls :O and not to forget the multiplayer part with friends where you sit a whole weekend on lan only for diablo and play through half the game is priceless :p diablo ftw...i cant wait to FINALLY get away from all those boring mmos and play diablo

myself personally loved the diablo games and still dable in D2 every now and then for a bit of light relief. especially when i send my barb in whilwind or create a huge army with my necro. but it does look very dated now. cant wait for them to release more info
